Back in early 2010 Steve Malmgram did webinars on customizer Deep 'Dive Into Customizer for MAS 90 and 200 v 4.3 http://sagecity.na.sage.com/support_communities/sage100_erp/f/97/t/38612 We want to do something similar at at a client. From what I can find the actual scripts used in these demos were only available to developers. Does anybody have them or know where to get them? thx @KathyWalker @KathyWalker

Aren't those script obsolete with the advent of advanced scripting in 4.40? I have the insight .m4x files from Summit 2010 which is at 4.40.

This shows you how clueless I am. Does that mean the syntax is no longer valid? This client is on a fairly new version, I think 2014 or 2015. I'm asking on behalf of one of my consultants.

No, it's very forward compatible, but the amount of facility now available at the current release includes all of the advanced ""event scripting"" (triggering off of events in the life of a data element) as well as recent UI event support. I believe much of what was presented in the 4.3 was BOI (Business Object Interface) or ""outside the box"" scripting aside from button scripts that had no access to the business object model that was introduced with 4.X.
