Avoid the frustrating Cystal 11 date prompt calendar error with the single file that i uploaded to Wayne's SugarSync area. I included a readme.txt file that shows were it belongs in both 32-bit and 64-bit systems. It worked in a couple of installations for me. Let me know if it doesn't work for you.

I believe that came along in PU5 if you re-run Workstation Setup as @Bret said in a previous post. If you don't have PU5 installed or you aren't the ROR then this is an easy quick fix.
