Avatax question regarding conflict between USPS and UPS:
Avatax Address Verification verifies based on the US Postal Services (USPS). Customer Address in MAS (MAS 500, but guessing same issue with MAS 90) has physical address on Line 1 and Attention (C/O) info on Line 2, per UPS Guidelines. When using Address Verification from Avatax, the address is automatically flipped to the USPS format, which brings the Attention (C/O) to Address Line 1. When the client ships the will get charged extra by UPS because the address is no longer in UPS requested format. Avalara says use the SDK to resolve it. Hard to believe there aren't others having this problem. Saw a few vague references out in forums, but not exactly.
Ideas?
