Something I'd never experienced with AvaTax ... until today. Mid-morning, client experiences a connection problem (std message - check config options, URL, etc) and stellar Avalara Support, mistakenly thinking its TLS 1.2 compliance, tells them to install latest 2018 build. IT installs and registers DLL normally as Local Admin but connection problem persists. Then I get the call. After much ado, I test my Sandbox credentials and connect. Wut? I generate a new License Key and presto ... connection works.
