Have a client who was cut off for non-payment from Avalara, but never received the invoice (do they only send one?). This is a good, well-paying client, so I believe them when they say they never saw an invoice.
HOWEVER, they can't get anyone at Avalara to contact them about re-instatement! They've spent well over an hour on the phone, being assured by various people that a manager has been notified, but still can't actually speak to someone that can help. They say it's the hardest they've ever had to work to get someone to take their money.
Does anyone have a good contact there that could help?
