    Hello. I have a client that just purchased Avalara & I can see it listed on their active products on the Sage Partner site. They wanted it installed this weekend. They gave me a login to the Avalara site, but when I go in, I don't see the Downloads section anywhere.
    I see the instructions on the DSD site, but it says to go to Downloads from the Home site. Could I just be missing something in my Avalara profile for downloads? Something the client needs to grant me access to? TIA.

    I just reviewed the Avalara website and it appears to me that you will need to login into your customer's account at Avalara. Downloads appear to be available in an area called "Communications Customer Portal".  See attached images from Avalara's website. Hope this helps!

    You can also download the installer with no log in from the DSD website. Just go to development.dsdinc.com and search for LMAV.

    Please update on how this goes. I had a customer who already used Avalara and acquired a subsidiary. They added Avalara and it took a couple weeks to fully activate. I'm curious if this was an anomaly or if delays still exist.
