@Therese Logeais - they have been entering through this and apparently it works, however, they are also using Scanforce and apparently some portion of the ScanForce import either stops or stalls making this more than a minor annoyance.
We did reach out to ScanForce and they recommended updating the Avalara ( the ERP equivalent of ' take two aspirin and call me in the morning' )
I'm going to update tonight and see if that fixes the issue.
