Back when people used to buy tons of pre-printed forms I had a relationship with a local Safeguard reseller. (again, difference between working with the equivalent of a var and a big company) . Like clockwork, commission checks would arrive, with complete backup of all details. When he would go to one of my clients and sell more types of forms, bingo, commissions showed up. When I sold my company,since the original arrangement was personal, I was still getting commissions. I still get a few bucks each year, but of course most companies have changed to laser forms.
These guys were far more 'connected' in 1995 than Sage is today.
