    We have a customer who installed Avalara and we went through setups, etc. The address validation icon is visible in AR Customer Maintenance but not in any SO panels. Yes, we rebuilt customizer, etc. Has anyone else experienced this??

    You already ruled out a MAS90 / SO / Custom / ###-<that user> customization that may be trumping it?​
