Morning! Just upgraded customer from 2015 to 2017. They have many Inactive Customers in A/R. I showed them how to create the Custom Lookups (Not a fan of changing the system lookup as you can't seem to get back to seeing the Inactives). They are good with these lookups except that when they start typing the name (3m), the Inactives and Actives show in the drop down window. Is there any way to fix this? Do I have to click the 'don't show Inactives' in Company Maintenance and make this global? Thanks.
