Auto sync emails? Its great that tasks, appointments, contacts can auto sync, but is there a way to auto-sync emails rather than having to manually file them from Outlook to CRM?

The Exchange Integration is supposed to do that. Also, look at CRMTogether's ""Accelerator"". It makes email management quite natural within Sage cRM.

I thought that the Exchange integration only 'auto' sync'd appointments, tasks and contacts for CRM users that are setup for CRM to Exchange? Thanks for the CRMTogether Accelerator lead, that looks like a great product @JerryNorman - have you/your customers used it?

Moira, customers yet. We recently decided to shift CRM exclusively to Sage CRM. We'll be showing and offering Accelerator as ""standard"" with Sage CRM.

Jerry, do you have the approximate cost for Accelerator? And do you know if the integration works with Exchange/Office 365? Sorry if these are dumb questions, but I'm not a CRM guy. Thanks.

Gene, SRP is $300/user + 20%. There's 5-user min to start, BUT not all CRM users have to have a license. If you're familiar with standard CRM email integration, you'll see the value instantly,. It works through the Outlook thick client. So, any account you're using there: Exchange, Ofc365, gmail, etc.
