    Hi
    Updated:
MAS 200, v4.40.  This is kind of a long shot, but customer's IT upgraded the 2003/2008 Server (thinking 2008) to W2012 R2.  I'm thinking but not sure that they just installed 2012 over the top of the 2008.
2 users are complaining that prior to and after the upgrade, when they try to Auto Invoice from Sales Order and put in a range of invoices (even small ranges like 5 orders) and click proceed, Sage is grabbing all orders and trying to invoice them.  User then has to delete all the unwanted orders.  This is happening quite often to the user that is on a local network connection and sometimes to the user using Terminal Services.
Local User was also recently upgrade to W10, Terminal Server is at 2012 R2.

Any ideas on what would cause this Auto Invoice Selection to starting grabbing all orders?
We've pitched an upgrade they won't bite.  Claim they have no time for this process!

    Thanks
    N

When they print the report of the orders selected for Auto Invoice, does it include only the five orders they selected, and does that not match what is in SO Invoice Data entry?  (Trying to determine if the selection report is correct and invoices wrong or if selection is wrong too.).  Have you tried to rebuild the SO Key files and Sort files?

At one time, I used to keep old unused calendars around.  You know, the ones that the mechanic gave you, or you got from the ethnic grocery.  When I had a client that did not want to upgrade, I grabbed one from the date their software was retired, and for each year since.  So for this client, v4.40 retired September 2013.  I'd give them a calendar for each of those years.  2013, 2014, 2015, ... 2020.  Then, while placing these calendars on their conference room table, ask them why they allow time to move ahead and they are choosing to stay in the year 2013?  I'd open the 2013 calendar to September 2013, and ask them if their business was the same back then.  I'd be sure to leave the calendars when I left.  Each time I did this exercise, it prompted the necessary conversation to move forward.

What a great idea @Madeline Stefanou!  Pictures (calendars) speak louder than words!
