Content Library Steering Committee

Here  is the Agenda for today.meeting

From the last meeting (July 15, 2025):

• The committee charter was approved.

• A plan for creating and posting monthly content summaries was established.

• June's content library updates were reviewed.

• The Higher Logic AI pilot was found to be underperforming; alternatives are being explored.

• Details for the Content Contribution Contest, launching July 31, were finalized.

• The new member onboarding process was confirmed to be working.

• Engagement in the Urgent Support Community was discussed, no further action to be considered.

• Logistics for the upcoming July 31 Town Hall were reviewed.

Open Tasks:

• Wayne: Generate monthly content summaries and send them to Steve.

• Steve: Post the monthly summaries and explore alternative AI tools using REST API access.

• Jim and Wayne: Draft clearer guidelines to promote participation in the Urgent Support Community.

• Anne: Add a dedicated Intacct folder to the library, bring the new support guidelines to the board, and distribute branded slides for the Town Hall.

Evergreen Articles

Wayne - suggest we identify five key 90 Minds evergreen knowledge articles. These should be the most important and frequently used by Sage 100 consultants, forming a crucial library foundation. 

Based on the discussion, here are the most requested technical articles for the Sage 100 community, as well as some ideas::

1. A document answering frequently asked questions about Sage 100 Premium.

2. A guide on how to upgrade early Sage 100 versions (3.x or 4.x) to the current version.

3. Instructions on using the Paperless Office file move and merge utility.

4. A comprehensive resource for resolving Paperless Office errors, suitable for a client's IT department.

5. Best practices for the "Go Live" process, detailing conversions both with and without system files.

6. What's new in Sage 100 ( Brief ) - top 10 new features which can be printed and sent to clients after an upgrade instead of sending a bulky "upgrade guide"
