Sage100 v 2022 but question also applies to v 2023.
Auditor asked if there is a history of when roles were assigned/changed on a user.
I was hoping that the activity log would have a row, with a linked text file - it does but it appears to only log changes to the user record itself, not the roles (and companies etc.) assigned to the user.
Does anyone know of a way to get this information historically ?
I would think this should be part of the text file, at the very least, even though a text file is not very secure.
