    Attn RMA Wizards -- Sage 100c v2016 - PU3 (or whatever the latest is). Sporadically when attempting to cross-ship on an RMA we are receiving: ""You cannot create a sales order for cross-ship items because there is no line to create in Sales Order"". We've gotten cross-ship to work on other instances. I'm not sure what is causing this one to generate an error. Any thoughts?

    All of your line items have Customer Action = Credit. You need to set it to Replacement for a Cross Ship Sales Order.
