Attempting to migrate data from a 2013 system to a 2013 system for a server move. Receiving: Error: ""Migrating the customer relationship management module from a non Extended Enterprise Suite installation is not supported. You must uninstall the CRM module from source installation"" Follow instructions in Sage KB: Remove the CRM data prior to migration Select Library Master, Main, Company Maintenance Select the company code to be migrated Click Remove Select Customer Relationship Management Click Proceed So far: No data appears for CRM -- at least I think it would be in CU Folder? Cannot uninstall Customer Relationship Management from System Configuration - shows as installed but there is nothing under uninstall. Anyone cross the bridge before?

Is CRM active? I think you have to wipe the settings via DFDM if they were created in error. Prior to v2013, when you copied a company, it created CRM settings for the copied company. This was corrected in v2013, but you now longer have the option to easily remove. This KB appears to be for an older version. The attached may be the one more relevant

UPDATE: WARNING this causes ""record X/Y is missing from xxx SY_Module.M4T"" when you try to use Link Maintenance to move Paperless. Unknown whether customer ever generated any paperless for removed module - FYI Thanks - turns out the resolution was: a. Remove the module by deleting the record in SY_Module b. Not sure if required but I also removed from SY0CTL the 1xxxx record where xxxx is the module After that migration proceeded

Possible fix to the ""record x/y missing"" Error: ""12 SY_LinkMaintenance_UTL.pvc 303"" when opening Link Maintenance (Record x/x is missing from SY_Module.M4T) Cause SY_Task.M4T has records that in it that do not exist in SY_Module.M4T. This can happen if a record is removed SY_Module.M4T through Data File Display and Maintenance Resolution If a Module record was removed from SY_Module using DFDM, restore the MAS_SYSTEM/SY_Module.M4T file from Backup. If this is not possible or a module was note removed: Get everyone out of Sage 100 ERP Rename MAS_SYSTEM/SY_Task.M4T in the Live installation Install Sage 100 ERP on a separate machine using the same keys and modules Once it has installed, copy the MAS_SYSTEM/SY_Task.M4T file to the live installation Test Link Maintenance
