Attempting to install SP 7, 8 or 9 of Sage 2013 (yes, 2013) version 5.00.1. After installation and during the post-migration merge, receive an error: Prepare failed with the following error: The following conversion record failed while converting SYS:\05.00.07.00:DATA:SY_ALERemoval:000000:000 Error #88. Invalid/unknown property name. Sage support will not assist due to the 2013 version. I do not have a valid SP 7, but do have SP 2, 3, 4, 8 and 9. All SP installs return the same error. Server OS is Windows 2012 R2. Any ideas are appreciated. Cannot install Sage 2014 due to not on maintenance...but still need to help them. This is in order to add APS for CC processing.

Is it possible to try running the Lookup conversion or will it not let you?

When I get back into the system, it's still on SP 1. I can try the lookup conversion if you think I should.

I dont think it can hurt to try. It will either let you or it wont. And it may or may not fix the problem. Not sure what that ""ALERemoval"" is doing but you could also try finding the record in SY_ConversionDriver and just removing it. But that could also cause issues. But its just a product update. So as long as you have a back up....

Nicole - There were no ALE's so nothing to rebuild. I tried a completely reinstall and received the exact same error.
