Attempting to change the TaxSchedule on a bunch of customers and shiptos using VI. It will run for a while, then it starts popping up with a message re Unable to connect with Sage CRM apparently on each record. What the heck does Sage CRM care about the tax schedule, and since when is it an issue when importing, and why would it be unable to connect? You know, it's these little things that should be so easy and aren't that are very frustrating... Preaching to the choir....

I had these issues with VI every time I touched AR Customer Maint in 4.50v with a client that had CRM.

F-word. That's the version this client is on.

Well then welcome to import hell !!! You will need to disconnect the CRM service - import then connect and might have to rebuild CRM from inside Sage.

So today the Shipto import is rolling right along. So weird. And if you click on CRM, it says its not setup, but they are using GUMU. AIY! Anyway, it's working, slowly but surely today, so maybe I won't have to mess with it after all.

Ship to is not a issue usually it is just ar customer. So glad day is going better than yesterday's!
