Attempted to ""one-click-reverse"" an Out of Balance JE today for a client (326 lines), and it won't let me. Says it has to balance to post to the GL. Anyone know a work around? Otherwise we will export import, no biggie, but it seems off (read: typical Sage)

What Sage Version? Did you check security settings to see if the option to reverse is selected?

And make sure the option to Allow Out of Balance Journal Entries is on under Security Events in Role Maintenance.

Add another entry to make it balance using the same source journal and same date. You can always undo that one added entry if you need to, manually.
