  • 1.  Attempt to read or write protected memory

    Hi
Sage100 2019.1 advanced.  Installed on the server and everything works great, including print/preview.

Installed on a test workstation (windows10) and when I preview any report (installed module listing, vendor listing etc.) I get the following messages:

    followed by:

The reports appear to preview correctly, when ok is hit on both messages.   It seems to print ok without popping errors.  This runs fine on the server.

Has anyone seen this before ?

    Thanks

    Howdy, Jeff!
Silly question:  How much memory does the workstation actually have, and does it have a separate video card?
Reason I ask is on some of the cheaper workstations they use some of the main memory for video memory without a dedicated video card.  So that 4GB you think you have may be much less or allocated to video or a memory extender (the latter shouldn't be on a Windows 10 machine, but may have survived an upgrade).

    8GB - I don't think there is a shortage of memory...
