I would say no food for the AM breakfast -- if I read this right the coffee is $4/person and soda $4/person. I'm presuming that isn't per cup of coffee or per bottle of soda. They also have half day hot and cold for $14 --- this would seem the best and have them start it at lunch time? I'm all for refreshments for the afternoon - drinks and the PM Pause. People should be ok for the morning since I'm guessing until about 10 you just walk out to the common service area for coffee and soda. However I'm good with whatever you decide since having enough of this on hand does seem to make the day go faster..

I agree, skip the AM food feast. The momentum from the breakfast should carry them through. If there are concerns, attendees can always get some last minute fruit cups before the session starts. Jim, I am blown away at what you have done. Could be a second career!! Does Sage 100 have a convention/meeting planning module?? Maybe we could develop a CRM add on?
