Atlas Keys - FYI - My reseller keys did not work on Atlas as of Friday and there is no CRM keys on Atlas - called sales advisor - should would not speak of what the deal was just sent me new keys in an email. FYI - she used my old account number still which tells me the new account numbers do not work still. So much for the May 2 deadline by Tom Miller.

Just to add a note. We show v4.40 and not v4.50 for unlocking keys and current version. No one seems to know why although we are current.

We have to call every time we need a key for demo, test, etc.

Interesting, when I got new keys last week, they were based on the old customer number. Shortly thereafter, I received a second e-mail advising me to use the NEW customer number with the codes. The new codes with the new number worked.......... You might try the new codes with the new number just to verify.....

I believe you can get customer systems working now, but not reseller licenses... Per my staff.
