Atlas KB is still missing info. This morning had a client with error 65 powube line 7090. Atlas came up with NOTHING. The old KB had the exact error and the fix.

I cut and pasted my search term between the two, but I did email them this morning about it, so MAYBE they hopped on it. That would shock me.

I entered error 65 powube 7090 and it came up. I entered error 65 powube line 7090 and it did not. I entered error 65 powube and it came up. I have found that entering less is better.

It must just hate me, then. I copied and pasted the exact same search between the two. :-(

I run into this a lot. As Roberta said, less seems to be better. I have also run into situations where the search seems to be coming up with totally bogus stuff. I log out and come back in and then it works.

I entered SOWUAE one day last week and it came up with an Abra kb article !
