    Ok and when you download the file it automatically tries to install !!!!! Is this new or did I miss a email explaining this?

    When I say automatically tries to install - I am talking about the service pack that I downloaded for Sage CRM?? Is this new?

    That is wacky. Not sure why that is happening ... If this is for your internal CRM, feel free to lean on Mariam. She can help you out as you need. Please let me know if that isn't the case.
