At the customer with 100 users (version 4.40.0.4), we have noticed that if we use invoice history printing with a customer and date range, it can take 4 minutes just to pull up a few invoices. But, if we select based on a customer and an invoice number range, then the invoices pull up within seconds. This is all with the same form. The issue doesn't appear to be Crystal-related, it's at the point of pulling records into the work table. There seems to be inefficiencies there.
