At last year's MOM, Johnny Pabian showed LeanKit a hosted product for kaban boards. I showed it to an end user where it was a good fit and they adopted it. If you are interested in the product here's a link:

It is possible with some scripting to create an integration between LeanKit and MAS 200/Sage 100. LeanKit has some documentation on their website, though there are gaps. After setting up Leankit, use the GetBoardIDs (see attached PDF) to get the the IDs for boards, lanes and card attributes. The attached AddCardLK.pdf provides an example of how an integration works. This is specific to my end user, but provides the keys of implementation.
The product is very visual. This end user does custom work and leanKit is a great fit for them. Interfacing with MAS makes the creation of cards on the kanban board pretty seamless.
This one item from MOM 2013 made the whole trip worth while.
