At Azamba, we are making a massive overhaul of our systems - both for internal usage and for customer facing support - and are steadily shifting to using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Flow, Microsoft PowerApps, and other Microsoft technologies.
We are only in month two of this initiative and have only scratched the surface - mostly through use of Teams and Outlook. Even still, we are already seeing huge positive sentiment from customers and internally things are running more effectively and efficiently. It's very encouraging as to where we are headed.
I'm bringing this up to see if there is any interest in Eric and I doing a session on our internal transformation at MotM 2019?
This stuff that Microsoft is putting out there is revolutionary. I had kept my own eyes down and didn't realize how accessible it was until late summer this year. If we can do it, all of you can too!
