At another client running v4.4 on a peer to peer arrangement. The server workstation is WIN 7 32 OS, the satelite is an old dell XP running on 256 mb (not a typo) ws. Aside from being slow, most everything works. What doesn't work is paperless e-mailing. I am having issues with the converter not working. The paperless journals and registers do work. A pdf is generated. However, when you try to test the converter, I get an error that the printer is not activated. I checked the cdintf300.dll and noticed that the files size was for the 64 OS, not the 32 OS. So I installed the 32 compatible file, reregistered the dll and it is still choking. I am starting to think it is the low available memory. Already wasted an hour on it, since everything else works, I am about ready to bail and tell them to get more memory or replace their 7 year old PC.

Well the tester is broken and that's not terribly well documented in Sage. You have to try sending a live document. I had this on a Win 7 client as well. At least when I did it the ""test"" would always fail -- even if the live worked.

I'll try again. Sending a live document is what brought this to my attention. I been on site last month and set this up for them. When they went to e-mail the paperless document, the send returned an error message like the system wasn't configured properly. It does send a test message without incidicent, just not messages with PDF's attached.
