Tried to sign up for this but never got a confirmation. Must have more business than they can handle. One less calendar item to maintain.

I am attending mostly out of curiosity having used the old version for years. It will not be available for 9 months.

Let us know what you think @DebbieBeach . Not that I'm interested in the product, only that we also used the old version for years.

BTW - for those on fixed fee billing I've been using freshbooks.com for the past three years. I pay about $275 per year. Everything is paperless. We send invoices via email. Can generate quotes where the customer can approve online and convert to an invoice. If you have several employees and need some time tracking accountability then Freshbooks is probably not for you. We also setup in FB all of our Schulz Recurring Support invoices and they are generated like clockwork each year and automatically sent to customers. Works well for our processes.

I was multi-tasking, but caught a few things. Of course many of the things that were frustrating in old T&B have been changed. AR invoice reversal is now a button click (not clear what happens to WIP, AR or GL updating). Time ran out for more questions. There is also a button for the AJE creation after billing so I don't know if invoice register update posts to GL. The time entry, invoice and period end dates are now much more flexible. Invoice formats appear to be customizable but I did not catch if they are in Crystal. There is now integration with Outlook and CRM (eventually tasks in T&B will be linked with CRM tasks). I used to have a bunch of reports created in Report Master to get better info. There is now a report writer that looks like BI for export, etc. SWK did not have the number of current users of T&B. They will help with demo and sale process. They were short on time so unless I missed it, do not know about remote entry, internet access, etc. Helpful, wasn't I?

I listened as well, right up until I discovered that invoices would be created in AR, not SO. Therefore, no access to cc payments, split commissions, Sold To/Ship To/Bill To info or inventory billing for products . Seems a bit premature to start demoing it so early.
