As we discussed at Meeting of The Minds 2014 - one of our group initiatives for 2014 is to maintain a shared set of documents which can easily be reviewed by any of our members.
We've selected Evernote as the way to share these documents. If you haven't used Evernote you can read about its features here -

Using Evernote is an in-expensive way for us to have access to a common collection of documents. Since each person is responsible for downloading and installing their own Evernote program it relieves 90 Minds of the cost of expensive per user licenses for more specific solutions such as help desk software.
At the start we are focusing on these three shared notebooks.
90-Sage Partner Mailing - This notebook contains all the Sage mailings so that you never wonder why you didn't get a particular notification.
90-Sage Pricing and Literature - This notebook contains whitepapers and pricing about Sage products as well as products offered by sponsors and other third parties.
90-Sage 100 KB- This notebook contains the best tips and tricks copied from Socialcast and other locations. If a particularly troublesome issue comes up we do our best to capture not only the issue but also the resolution and other feedback from members.
If this is of interest to you - then please setup an Evernote account for yourself if you do not already have one. These accounts are free with the primary limitation being the amount of data you can sync. Free accounts allow up to 60 MB per month and paid offer up to 2 GB. If you elect to go with the paid option the subscription is $5/mo or $45/year.
