As of right this second, Sage has been working for THREE days to get the correct license numbers for someone who is on perpetual and has payroll. This morning, the system automatically went to Sage and got the wrong numbers and promptly locked almost everyone out. Thank goodness someone was still in AND we had a copy of the old numbers from when we tried to MANUALLY update on Tuesday.
Three days. To regenerate a number. Their latest excuse has something to do with ""different versions of Sage vs MAS"". WTH could they even mean? They do understand that when you upgrade someone, all of the modules get upgraded together and it doesn't matter what version they have listed at Sage-land, right?
