As for Board topics - we should explicitly review the fees we current pay for Board members for services. Event logistics, accounting, etc. The functions are needed, and we should pay for them. We should be eventually looking at how to most appropriately contract them out. I don't think we need to address it now, but probably in the next few months. Am I off base here?

@JerryNorman we did vote at MOTM to allow @MoiraGoggin drive handling how the subcontracted work was handled.

I did too. My intent here is simply to keep it on our list of items to monitor. Nothing more. She - and we - have been busy!

Thanks @JerryNorman I'm just recently received a list of reoccurring service charges and would very much like to review it along with expenses for board member efforts.
