Are we still having an administrative meeting this Wednesday 10/9/13? I show two times on my calendar - probably from separate invitations. (Update - How about Noon) Agenda: 1. OASIS billing (with the exception of Blytheco and a couple other questions) is completed. Billed $15,000. I expect finally number to be over $18,000. 90Minds will follow later this week.

I was thinking the same thing Jim. Maybe hotels for the admin team at ITA?

Based on the projection from last month, the 90 Minds portion of the dues will be in the 10K range. Jim, how is the SC billing coming along???

Annual billing is done barring any requested adjustments to the invoices. $28,550 in total.....

I apologize if this is a dumb question ... what are the ramifications if we end the year positive? Do we simply pay a tax? Is our non-profit status endangered? Will there be fines?

We are OK at this point, but we are getting close to having to file an actual return. The cutoff is $50K (I believe) so we may have to do some tax planning.......

We need an admin retreat!!!

@JeffSchwenk Do you have a link somewhere that indicates how much revenue can be claimed, etc? I'm not aware of that type of rule. If needed we are going to pay admin stipends but I'd rather invest in things that directly benefit the group too.

I sent a note off the our tax man in Denver. Will report back when I hear from him on Monday.

If your revenues are below 50K a year, all you have to file is a postcard return. If the number is higher, then you have to file a full return...

Jim - When was Phoenix discussed for an admin retreat? I'm wondering since most of us are going to ITA we could do it there, right? I'm not opposed to Phoenix too ... or even SoCal. Robert - can't your wife go to ITA with you? Leave the kids at home alone. The mosquitos and gators can watch them.

Last ITA we talked about Scottsdale. ITA was at a really nice resort. The highs were in the 80s in mid December. Wayne got stranded there due to a blizzard. They happen to have a rambling river pool and a surf machine.

By 'we', I meant Wayne, Jim, & me.
