Regarding the bylaws ... what is the goal of creating bylaws? What are we trying to accomplish? Why are they such an urgency now as opposed to a year ago? (Not trying to be argumentative - I'm curious as to what is prompting this.)
I, for one, feel similar frustration around the marketing. It seems that my ideas for shared-cost, joint marketing have been met with skepticism and lack of interest. I still believe that we could outmaneuver other organizations with the right mindset and approach and generate new inbound business for 90 Minds members if we execute correctly.
What's stopping us from doing a hangout and getting moving in the right direction?
