    I thought the dinging only happened when you called tech support, NOT the sales department.. But then again, why waste a chance to make routine sales calls a profit center.

    I will have one of my folks check. It's not my understanding that it should. We go through sales to address the issue, not support.

    My understanding is unlocking key calls are no charge. Plus, I had a key call last week and sage said it on a complimentary case.
