    Check the details because I think you can use either the old method of DD or the Sage DD service. If you use the service I think you need to make an application and there may be some timelines by when you must submit your DD transmission that may require more of a lead time than if you are using the DD module.

    Look closely at FAQ #11 --- I'm conflicted as to what it is trying to tell me. I read - Additional Fees? ----Maybe.

    I think the question of fees was asked and Sage responded that there is no additional cost but because you are essentially processing through Sage if you incur NSF or any type of other banking fee then that passes through to you. I don't know if Sage marks up those fees but it wouldn't surprise me.

    My understanding matches with what @RhondaMcNamara posted - Sage charges typical bank fees but there's not a per employee fee for regular processing. I'll admit that I'm baffled what the Sage DD really brings to the table for our existing users who have been processing DD just fine for years. Actually, DD issues are not even on my radar so the Sage DD Service looks like a solution in search of a problem.
