I don't even track it. All I know is I have about 5000 contacts of NAV & Epicor end users and they are hearing from me via tips, tricks, video updates and if they have a need that bubbles up we are getting a shot.
We've definitely have current 'at bats' and new orphan clients from this, but its no million dollar answer.
I honestly don't think its the marketing method, its the shitty state of the ERP market
