  • 1.  AR Statements with extra lines

    Our customer has an AR Statement that has an erroneous line showing up.  This is a VERY OLD payment that was applied against invoices almost 5 years ago but has suddenly popped up again.  The total of the balances on the statement is obviously incorrect by this amount but the aged amounts in the customer file and on the bottom of the statement are correct.  I have been looking at different files to get rid of this but I'm not sure which file to edit.  Rebuild Keys Files and Rebuild Sort Files does not fix the problem.

    Look in AR_OpenInvoice and AR_TransactionPaymentHistory.

    Very odd ... Have taken a look at the this payment in ar_transactionpaymenthistory.m4t in DFDM?  Do any of the data fields look off in anyway?

    Make sure there are one or more P payment records in ar_transactionpaymenthistory.m4t.  I would also check the balance for the invoice record in AR_OpenInvoice.
