Epilogue - #EggOnFace...Sometimes looking for the solution the techie way ma not the best. I finally threw in the towel and had client call Sage. Turns out there was a KB (51522) for this exact issue. I still feel the corrupt record/field was hidden somewhere (sort file) and not in the InvoiceHeader table as it would appear.
Client happy, I am puzzled, time to move on!!!

@Doug Higgs - I did export each table to Excel. Everything looked copacetic. Could something be hidden by the Excel query?.

or a quick Crystal report with invoice#, division, and customer#. See if all of the fields are populated correctly.

Not a solution I want to pursue at this point. Way to many invoices entered manually at this point. I might have to create a VI if it comes to that. Dare I say time to punt to Sage for resolution???

I hate these kind of problems ... I would suggest, 1) backup your data, 2) then delete the invoices one by one and see when the problem goes away (maybe copy everything to demo company?) Once you identify the culprit, then you can plan your next steps .... Obviously, if you have a ton of invoices in the tables, this loses its attractiveness....

That was my first thought, but didn't see it. Looked via DFDM and dumped header table to Excel. Nothing glaring. No blank records. Compared the customer # in the header to the customer table (via a vlookup formula). All matched
