Hello,

The client cannot print two AR invoices.

First invoice is for $600; the invoice has four lines; three comments and one item code. She accepted the invoice and previewed the invoice. However, when she selected print nothing happened and when she tried again, still nothing happened - she received no error message. The invoice and all information show correct in AR Invoice History Inquiry. Now the invoice in Invoice History Printing shows a preview with 4317 pages. Page 1008 of 4317 is when the first line of the comments stops - all previous pages is the exact same comment repeated multiple times. Page 4317 shows the correct invoice total of $600.00. 

The second invoice is for $55.00; the invoice has two lines. She accepted the invoice and when previewing the invoice received error message: Data is not selected for report printing. And now she cannot print nor post the invoice.

Client is currently testing Sage 100 version 2020.

Does anyone have advice?

On the one that can't be printed nor posted - see if the Print Invoice check box is unchecked.

For the first invoice, try printing a Standard Invoice (from history)  form.  Wondering if the links in a customized form need to be tweaked.  For the second, click the check box to Print Invoices Already Printed on the print screen.
