  • 1.  AR invoice coming up with no data, just labels

    Just setting up AR for a customer who had bene using GL & AP, and the AR invoice form is coming up with no data, even though verify database says "database up to date" and the .wrk file does have the data in it.  Anyone seen this before?  Ideas of what to check?

    Assuming it's standard and there is no other file linked to it, then ODBC security?

    @Beth Bowers & @Jeff Fiddelman -thank you!  I had never turned it on but this customer has one user who tends to go off and do stuff on his own without any idea of what he is doing...
