It looks like you can now use APS Click To Pay and charge a fee for accepting credit cards (this had been a sticking point for some of my customers who wanted to offer Click to Pay but didn't want to convert a terms customer into credit card and pay the fee).
It also seems like you can now turn off CC acceptance and only take ACH via Click to Pay --- or turn off ACH and only take CC.
The rest fo the new features seem like they improve the UI
