    Awesome. 

    Why? 

    Paging @Brian Kelly! This is ASI's work, right? 

    What would it take to make this work with EBM? 

    Very frustrating to sell APS as superior only to run into a brick wall like this. 

    And, yes, I am yelling at APS too.

    I thought EBM stood for Every Body Moved to new website software.  Yes, it does have a few good features but has Sage improved it since v3.61?  Does it work with Paya?  I only have one client on EBM and Certipro moved most of their stuff to a more modern site.

    Time to put the gloves and scarf on and set sail for the distant shore.

    Yes, Jeff for the most part it does, but it still has a place. 

    It is a great fit for this use case: dealer self-service.

    We don't do Paya, although that is a  good question.

    Hi @Eric Lunceford, I know that the right people are looking into this, and you may receive a message directly from that team later today.

    To address your initial question, and to satisfy the curiosity of all 90 Minds members, the APS integration has worked with previous version levels of EBM, and we know the integrated programs are still there.  It appears that your customer is the first user in more than two years to have discovered an issue with APS and EBM, and my guess is that the EBM standard programs are unable to communicate with the hosted form that APS now uses.  This is what the APS development team is looking into specifically, and I suspect they will be connecting with you to investigate further.

    So, your initial thinking that EMB should work is still accurate.  We believe it should work, too.
