    Hi All,
      I have a client that installed 2020 advanced.  He set the port to 8888.  He said it complained but it worked.  Does anyone know the implications of using a port outside of 9000 to 10000?

    It just needs to be one not in use elsewhere.  8888 is the default for the CRM integration engine.  What was the "complaint"?
    You can use netstat to see what ports are open/listening.  Some tips on its use at https://openport.net/using-netstat-get-list-open-ports/
