Apparently we're going to hang out and have a good time at Summit. I've not heard any interest in recruiting or shirts or any other activities while we are there.

I asked Myron about the shirts on Monday. He said he would check and I haven't heard from him since. I will check with him again today.

He apologized for dropping the ball and said I should have sample shirts by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. I'll let you know when I receive them.

Charge the same to everyone. Let's do it. We should have started this 6 months ago and I guarantee not only would we have sponsored it but we would have paid for our suite a Summit plus refreshments. I now return you to our regularly scheduled program already in progress.

Are we opening this up for members to order? Otherwise we can order a mix of sizes but that's always hit or miss. Myron says two weeks and another 3 business days for shipping, if shipping to DC, to complete the order. I think we should place the order by the end of June to be on the safe side. LMK.

Let's have members order and make the deadline the end of next week. We really should have an online payment method at some point or accounting for this type of stuff becomes nightmarish.

What is the word on the 90Minds Hospitality night? Am I supposed to be acquiring refreshments? The 90Minds shirts have been delivered to my office and the MOTF symposium is wrapped up.

Sunday night is the Meet and Greets, followed by the Welcome Reception in the Expo. From memory these are usually big time snoozers.

What IS the status of this? Shouldn't members know about it??? I thought it was scheduled for Monday or Tuesday 4 - 6. SOMEONE make a decision, please.

I presume you are asking about the 90 Minds Suite. Gaylord cancelled it but Jim got it back yesterday. Looking at the events schedule it appears Sunday night after the Meet & Greet (ends 6:30) might be the best time to have a 90 Minds Social. On other nights: Monday - Partner party Tuesday - Tweet UP Wednesday - Night at the Museum Other parties also start up on M-W which may conflict with getting people together. How does 7:30 to 9:30 90 Minds Social in the suite on Sunday 7/21 sound?

Sunday night is fine with me. If want me to get the moonshine, will need a buy list. Will also need a fridge or ice chest to chill the beer and white wine (if any). Are we doing shots of tequila?

@RobertWood You will have a car on Sunday correct? We can get the items from Jeff's car and maybe go on a supply run for the suite.

@ThereseLogeais Sounds like we have a possible time on Sunday at 6:30 in the 90 Minds suite although we won't know the room # till Saturday. Does this work?

Yes, that works for me. Need to make a general announcement to all so they can continue drinking in the suite..... 6:30 until the beer runs our or Wayne falls asleep.....
