    Apparently there's a new breed of IT out there. Appears it was silly of me to assume that navigating to the Program Files folder on the computer is a very straight-forward thing. {sigh}

    I did an upgrade on Thursday. Got a call from them Saturday afternoon (they are retail so always open Saturday) that their MAS 90 icons were grayed out. Turned out their IT {expletive deleted} decided it would be a good time to run Windows update and reboot the servers.

    The mother of all frustrating IT responses is: a. But they're already an administrator b. Why is MAS running different than MS Office c. We did excludes those files from anti-virus scanning d. It has to be MAS that's the cause of ( pick problem )
