AP Terms Code Question: Terms are as follows: If invoice dated 1 to 15th - due by 25th and 1% discount If invoice dated 16-31 - due by 10th and 1% discount I think this requires two separate terms codes unless I've missed something. One terms code for the 1-15th invoices another for the 16-31.

I don't see any other way to do this. You only have one option for day of the month. If the Minimum isn't met, the due date rolls to the same day of the following month.

That's what I'm thinking. Use two terms codes. One is 1-15 (for invoice date) the other is 16-31. The data entry person would have to manually select which one was appropriate.

I am not a script writer but this seems like a good candidate. If invoice date is 1st - 15th then due the 25th, else due the 10th.
