AP Automation Certification I have an initial sale of this, but when I look at the order form, it states in red at the top: ""NOTE: To place orders, Partner must be certified in AP Automation"". What is this and when were they going to tell us about it?

Beanworks certification? There is nothing on SageU searched both Beanworks and AP Automation. When where they going to tell you? After they got your order. That way they make two sales. One direct to the customer, since after all you aren't certified yet. Second sale is to you for the certification class and test. On your **second** sale, you may qualify for tier and that will be their **third** sale btw.

Reminds me of that time tracking tool Sage rolled out. IIRC, they wanted some very bizarrely high $ to get certified and it was a requirement to sell anything.

Can someone give me the cliff notes recap on this product? Does it do document management or is it just a third party check writer or perhaps invoice processor as well? Have a client that is looking at Iron Mountain document management. VERY similar to Doclink functionality BUT it is cloud based AND they have a PO depot function. The PO depot is a place where vendors can send invoices and Iron Mountain does the initial document scanning. The images are then uploaded so that client AP department can process (code/approve) the images. Iron Mountain then provides an interface to Sage invoice data entry. Client would not even talk to Doclink because of the two functionalities.

My first sale was accepted, no questions asked. Future requirement maybe, but no one has answered my inquiries.

I asked my CAM and she said there was no cert required, despite that language in the order form.
