When I worked in public accounting there was a theory that if you walked through the warehouse and it was disorganized, the books would be disorganized also. Conversely, an organized warehouse indicates a clean set of books.

I am dealing with medical client where one accounting office has to connect via RDP. Their Sage Intelligence has bee the install from HELL!!! One day SI works on the RDP, the very next day, the Excel addins have disappeared or some other gremlin pops. Inconsistent and maddening! IT insists nothing changes on the RDP! Yeah right.
