Anytime Learning I have a client that can upgrade to the Gold Plan for a nominal difference and is interested in doing this to access the Anytime Learning. Before doing this, they want details of what the courses are. Since I cannot access Anytime Learning, I cannot give them the details, so I have e-mailed Sage Education. Is this information included anywhere that you know of?

Anybody can browse courses of any time at Sage U. (sageu.csod.com). When you go to the section on Sage 100, you get a search browser. Pick the Anytime Learning ""Learning Method"" to get a listing.

Yes, I can get to that, but there is a course description for Anytime Learning Financials of: This Anytime Learning bundle includes the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Bank Reconciliation Anytime Learning Courses. Purchase this 12-month Anytime Learning course subscription to learn the important fundamentals of the Financial modules. I want the individual lesson descriptions within each module.

Hmmm, you're right. They used to offer Course Outlines. Sage Dept of Sales Prevention strikes again!

Update: I have had no response from Education on this for a week, so I inquired again. My dealings lately with various departments at Sage brings to mind the Keystone Cops. They should all be wearing helmets to prevent serious injuries.

I finally have the detailed lessons and timings for financials (I formatted this - not Sage). I attached for interest. Now to start the quest for distribution modules . . .

Miguel from Education. I'm not sure he actually knows anything, but is staff assigned to make it appear Education is responding - even if it is a week later. He sent these in an e-mail (not an attachment). Since there were errors in spelling, I think he typed them in while having Anytime Learning screens up for each module and also noting the times - except for GL.

Very nice list. I think helmets are a great idea, but it's probably too late. If they can just get a policy in place before the next reorganization.
